“Documentary Synesthesia; as a critical method”

  • The day-long Visual & Critical Studies Symposium groups graduating students into thematic panels moderated by prominent scholars representing relevant fields. The event is a rite of passage for the students and a proud moment for those who ushered them to this professional threshold.

“Speech at the CCA Board of Trustees Meeting as the Director of the Graduate Student Association”

2022-2023

  • Delivered a speech to the CCA Board of Trustees regarding the Graduate Student Spring 2024 initiatives such as graduate mixers, graduate student ambassadors and campus visibility.

  • Delivered a speech to the CCA Board of Trustees regarding the Graduate Student Fall 2023 Initiatives such as graduate orientation to create a stronger graduating class of 2026.

Sonoma State University Commencement Speech

  • Art History major and McNair scholar Evelynn Harra has been selected as the 2022 commencement speaker for the Arts & Humanities ceremony. 

  • Delivered a five minute speech for the May 2022 Art and Humanities Commencement ceremony.

  • Presented at SSU's annual Week of Research & Creativity Symposium, Sonoma State University for the Schools of Arts & Humanities, 2022
